As well as the traditional legal services we provide, we also offer help and assistance in many other fields of life. We can deal with your tax returns if you have to make one, we can step in and take over the affairs of a client where we have been appointed Attorney or where the family wish us to do so. This can involve dealing with any care home, gathering in income and benefits and dealing with the social work department concerned.
As mentioned elsewhere we also offer legal assistance in defamation matters and employment law. We can give you rounded advice on inheritance tax planning, wills and trusts. In all these matters we pride ourselves in being able to get to know the particular issues which are important to you and to provide the bespoke advice you require.

Included in our website is a detailed terms and conditions of our business and feeing structure but these will only be appropriate in exceptional circumstances.
In most transections and especially in conveyancing and GSPC services, we will offer you a fixed fee at the outset. This can be a percentage figure of the sale price where we are marketing a property or a fixed fee for conveyancing service based on the likely extent of the work to be involved. We are happy to discuss this fee with you at the outset but we are not a discount conveyancing shop. We offer a traditional legal service where you will get to know the partners and staff here and hopefully get to appreciate their knowledge and experience, all at a level of fee which is not excessive and offers good value for money.
